Panda Labs Junior for Just Transition, отвара повик за консултанти/истражувачки агенции за спроведување социолошко истражување

Junior Achievement Macedonia, within the project “Panda Labs Junior for Just Transition”, is looking for consultants/research agency for conducting sociological survey on youth awareness of Climate Change, Just Transition, innovations and green entrepreneurship.

Junior Achievement Macedonia (JA Macedonia) is one of the member nations in the global net of JA Worldwide and a member of JA Europe. Junior Achievement Worldwide is the world’s largest organization dedicated to educating students about work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on programs.  10 million students are participating in Junior Achievement programs in more than 100 countries around the world.

In North Macedonia we are implementing the “Panda Labs Junior for Just Transition” project. This project is part of the European Climate Initiative (EUKI) of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU).

The concept of “Just Transition” enables the transition to a low-carbon economy in a responsible and accountable manner by caring for people who lose their income, especially workers in the energy and coal industry. The project seeks to establish a strong community of young green innovators and entrepreneurs, creating conditions to reduce emigration from key coal regions by developing the innovation culture for Just Transition and Climate Change issues and provoking political and societal change on local and national level. Project will mobilize and empower youth (ages 15 – 25) to engage in policy advocacy on Just Transition by offering alternative ‘green’ economic development scenarios for coal regions.
