Training for Teachers 21,22-26 October on Student Company Program with a focus on Digital Marketing

19 teachers from 15 high schools from the region of Skopje, Ohrid, Veles, Kocani, Valandovo, Prilep, Gevgelija, Bogdanci, Kumanovo, Gostivar, were given directions on how to integrate digital marketing into the marketing plan for the student companies.
The teachers who were part of the training enriched their knowledge and experience in digital marketing, learned the importance of Determining the social media used by the targeted customers and other useful digital marketing tools that can be implemented in the JA  company program this school year.
The content of the 1st day session was introduction to digital marketing, basic differences between digital and traditional marketing, Introduction of SEO and Google Ads, and introduction to Lead Magnet and ways to direct the target group to your digital media. The participants were presented with a few useful tools for creating graphics (Canva, No background, Pixabay, Pexcels etc.) and a list of useful links for keyword analysis and font searching.
The content of the 2nd day session was the topic: Social media marketing- introduction to Facebook marketing, creating ads and placing A/B test for hot and cold traffic, introduction to Instagram marketing, use of hashtags, BIO and Integral Feed optimization. The 2nd day session was concluded with a guest speaker- Ms. Jana Basarovska an entrepreneur experienced in running a web store, who shared the benefits and importance of digital marketing in this day and age, and her positive experience with collaborating with Instagram influencers.
The content of the 3rd day session was on the topics: Basic features of a website and web store, content selection for web platforms – blogging, galleries, landing pages, video content, audio podcast and Basics of Email Marketing. The third day was concluded with a guest speaker, Marija Misheva- business developer in Pixyel.ai.
Teachers are going to receive Certificate and package of materials, brochures and handouts mailed to the school address.
